February 23, 2016 – American In-Home Care, LLC (“AIHC”) has completed the acquisition of Douglas Health Services, LLC (“Douglas”) of Vero Beach, FL.  AIHC, a Silverhawk Capital Partners (“Silverhawk”) portfolio company, has now completed five acquisitions in the State of Florida since its launch in September 2013, and can now serve over 90% of the 65+ population there.

Douglas, like AIHC, provides referral and administrative support services for clients that prefer to age in place by continuing to live in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. The companies refer comprehensively screened, credentialed, and insured independent care providers who offer companion, homemaker and personal care services on hourly and daily schedules, that are determined through assessment and consultation.

This represents the fourth acquisition by AIHC since its inception in September 2013.  With the addition of Advocate, American In-Home Care, a Silverhawk Capital Partners (“Silverhawk”) portfolio company, is now one of the largest independent in-home care providers in Florida serving over 90% of those 65 and older in the state.

Mr. Robinson brings an impressive track record of building and developing client relationships.  His ability to motivate and direct sales teams has led to significant over achievement of growth targets in the healthcare, finance, and construction industries. Prior to joining AIHC, Mr. Robinson was a co-founder and principal of Dr Connection Benefits. In addition he is a co-founder and principal of Home Team Equity, LLC. His talents and accomplishments include public speaking, serving as the radio color analyst of the Jacksonville Jaguars from 1995-2006, and a long career in NFL professional football as quarterback for the New York Jets, Denver Broncos, and Buffalo Bills. Mr. Robinson is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
