We select candidates from our registry of credentialed, verified, screened, and insured caregivers for your approval and acceptance. And our job doesn’t end there.

We manage the administrative relationship between you and the caregiver on your behalf. Of course should your needs change or you want to change a caregiver we’ll find you a replacement. It's part of our philosophy of a guranteed caregiver match!

Rigorous caregiver screening

Our professionals conduct a rigorous screening process of each caregiver candidate including:

  • comprehensive background checks including Level II FBI
  • thorough reference checks
  • confirmation of current credentials where applicable
  • inspection of enforce insurance and bonding documents
  • personal interview

And as part of our service to clients we continually monitor these criteria for any changes and report them to you.

Since every in-home caregiving situation is unique we begin with a complimentary consultation with your local American In-Home Care professional, our Client Care Liaison. This personal touch, includes an in-person visit, and environmental assessment. In that way we will help you best determine what services are needed, what schedule makes the most sense for you and your family, and then present the best caregiver candidates for your approval.
