Workers’ Compensation - Home Caregiver Referral Program

Our goal for our Workers’ Compensation referrals is to refer care providers who can enable injured workers to recover from their injuries and return to work as soon as possible. We work closely with claims professionals and physicians in an effort to refer the most appropriate care provider to meet the needs of the injured worker. All care providers we refer are current with Workers’ Compensation medical issues, and can work to promote the best possible outcomes for patients, as well as tangible savings for employers and insurers.
We are equipped to help individuals that require referrals of caregivers who possess the professional credentials to address a variety of need including catastrophic losses such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, burns, stroke and/or other significant traumas.
In addition to ensuring the best possible fit between the injured worker and the referred care provider, we also can assist clients by accepting and submitting regular patient progress reports as required by the stakeholders, to help them efficiently manage the needs of the injured worker.
We refer a diverse group of well-trained, experienced, certified, care providers that can offer fluency in English, Spanish, Creole, or French.

In-home care services are largely provided through private payment; however, long term care insurance (LTC) could provide some coverage. LTC insurance helps pay for costs that private medical insurance does not cover, and it minimizes the financial impact of long-term healthcare needs. In general, LTC insurance covers the cost of home care, assisted living, adult daycare, respite care, hospice care, nursing homes, and Alzheimer’s care facilities.
We accept many long term care insurance policies, including but not limited to:
- AIG Insurance
- American Fidelity & Liberty Insurance
- American General Life
- American Progressive
- Aviva Insurance
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida
- Colonial American Life
- Genworth
- The Hartford
- John Hancock
- Medico
- Metlife
- Mutual Of Omaha
- New York Life Insurance
- State Farm Insurance
- Travelers Insurance
- United Healthcare
- US Life
